Refund & Cancellation Policy

Everyone's first text session (15 minutes) with Eli is free, and voice is free to try for 7 minutes — no card, no charge. You only ever pay if you choose to continue afterwards.

Additional sessions are ₹499 for text or ₹699 for voice (in Indian Rupees), shown clearly before you pay. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner (Razorpay); we never store your card details.

Because a session is delivered the moment you start it, you can simply choose not to start a paid session — nothing is charged until you begin. You can stop using the service at any time, and you can delete your account and data whenever you like from the Privacy page.

If you were charged in error, charged twice, or a technical problem on our side stopped a paid session from working, contact us within 7 days and we'll review and, where fair, refund you. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days (your bank may take a little longer). Because each session is an immediately-delivered, completed conversation, sessions you've already used are generally non-refundable — but if something genuinely went wrong, talk to us; we're reasonable.
